   I don't start with «what do you do?»

   I start by understanding the person behind the story. The job title tells itself; everything else has to be asked properly.

   I look for the moment no one asks about

   Not the milestones everyone knows: the decision, the doubt or the unexpected encounter that changed the course.

   Live, with no second takes

   Only presence and listening. That's where what no template interview draws out appears.

   And then it keeps speaking for you

   The conversation becomes an archive: video, social cuts and text with a URL of its own.
